Idaho Cobalt Belt Overview
The Idaho Cobalt Belt is a 55km long, northwest-trending, metallogenic district in eastern-central Idaho that is defined by the presence of multiple stratiform high-grade cobalt deposits, a significant cobalt district on a global scale.
Blackpine Cobalt-Copper Project
Our Blackpine Project has high grade cobalt, copper and gold mineralisation across ten major prospects and is 25km southeast of Jervois Idaho Cobalt Mine.
Colson Cobalt-Copper Project
The Colson Project contains the historic Salmon Canyon Mine which produced several hundred tonnes of cobalt between 1964 and 1979.
Panther Cobalt-Copper Project
The Panther Project lies within the Blackbird District just 3km east of Jervois’ Idaho Cobalt Operation, where cobalt production is set to commence in 2022 and 3km to the northeast of the historic Blackbird Cobalt Mine.
Elkhorn Cobalt Project
The Elkhorn Cobalt Project is an early-stage prospect with historic prospecting pits containing cobalt-copper oxides over 1.5km of strike length. The character of the mineralisation, together with the host stratigraphy, invite analogies between Elkhorn and the known deposits within the Idaho Cobalt Belt.
Goodsprings Copper-Cobalt Project
There is a long history of small-scale mining activity in the Goodsprings District. Since 1921, 19.1 tonnes of ore, at an average grade of 9.5% Co, were shipped from four mines.

Whitlock Lithium Project
Located immediately along strike from the Tanco Mine – Canada’s only operating lithium mine, where lithium reserves comprise 7.3Mt @ 2.76% Li₂O.
JB1 Lithium Project
Located within Quebec’s prolific James Bay region which hosts several major lithium developments and is just 12km from the Rose Deposit with resources of 34.2Mt @ 0.9% Li₂O.

Idaho Cobalt Belt Overview
